We stock trusted professional color lines, but specific brand requests depend on availability. If you prefer a particular brand, inform us before your appointment. Additional cost or ordering time may apply and will be confirmed upfront.
Additional Tube charges are quoted when needed; some services include enough product while others require extras. Your stylist will notify you before applying more color and confirm the per-tube cost so there are no surprises.
Adding a tube may slightly lengthen application time for mixing and applying extra color, but processing (development) time typically remains unchanged. We factor any additional application time into your appointment schedule.
Unopened Additional Tubes may be returned or exchanged within seven days with proof of purchase, subject to brand policies. Opened tubes cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons. Contact us to arrange returns or exchanges.
