Time varies by service: detangling may take 15–45 minutes, take downs 30–90 minutes, shampoos and flat irons usually 15–30 minutes. Your stylist will estimate timing during consultation and schedule accordingly to ensure a relaxed, unrushed appointment.
Yes. Combining add-ons is encouraged for efficiency and a cohesive result. We’ll review your needs during the consultation and recommend the best sequence and timing. Pricing will reflect each selected service and total appointment length.
Our salon follows the standard cancellation and late policy. Please give at least 24–48 hours notice to avoid fees. No call/no show or late cancellations may incur charges equal to part or all of the booked services to compensate the stylist.
